This tournament is organized by Triple N (“the organizer”, “we”). By creating an account or registering a team you agree to these terms.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to KRAFTON, Inc., Tencent Games, or PUBG MOBILE. All game names, trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners. This tournament is an independent community event. You remain bound by the game publisher’s own terms of service while participating. Nothing here overrides them.

You must be at least 16 years old, and Triple N may ask you to prove it. Every player on the roster must compete on an EU account. You must be able to form a binding agreement, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Employees of Triple N and their immediate family may not compete.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. One account per person. Do not share, sell or transfer an account.

Your password on this website is separate from your game account password. We store it only as a salted Argon2id hash.

Never share your PUBG MOBILE account credentials with anyone, including tournament staff, and including this platform. We will not ask for them. Sharing game account credentials with a third party generally breaches the game publisher’s terms and puts your account at risk of permanent loss.

Tournament slots are limited and allocated at the moment a valid registration is submitted. A registration is valid only when the roster is complete and every player has a verified profile. Slots are not reserved, transferable or resellable, and there is no waiting list unless the organizer announces one.

The organizer may reject or revoke a registration that breaches these terms or the tournament rules.

Use of unauthorized third-party software, modified game clients, exploits, account sharing, smurfing, teaming, match-fixing, or abusive conduct will result in disqualification and may result in a ban from future events.

The organizer may disqualify a player or an entire squad at its discretion where the integrity of the competition is at risk. A decision by a regular administrator may be appealed to the Head Admin / Tournament Director, whose decision is final. Where evidence of a violation surfaces after the protest window has closed, Triple N may still open an investigation and act on it.

Prizes are as published on the prize pool page and are subject to verification of results and eligibility. They are paid within 14 calendar days of the tournament ending and the results being finally confirmed. The payment method is set by Triple N and agreed with the winner; any taxes or mandatory charges are borne by the recipient under the law that applies to them. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash unless stated.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The organizer retains rights in the tournament branding, website and broadcast materials. Game content remains the property of its rights holders. By participating you grant the organizer a licence to use your team name, in-game nickname and match footage for the purpose of running and promoting the tournament. The service is provided on an “as is” basis. This is a development prototype and carries no availability commitment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. [LIABILITY CAP]

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will state the reason where lawfully possible.
